| I have been in real estate for over 14 years, and also sold businesses for about 2 years. My background includes special training as a Realtor, Business Broker, Certified Real estate Appraiser, Associate Broker, Certified Buyers Agent, and Accredited Buyers Representative. |
| I have been awarded the RE/MAX Presidential award which is one of the top levels for Realtors when I worked at RE/MAX Preston Road. This level is over $2MM in gross sales. In my off time, I enjoy singing in a barbershop chorus group with over 130 men in Ac Capella singing with the Vocal Majority, in four part harmony, and I sing the hardest part as a Baritone. Received a gold medal in 1985, and have been on the International stage over 10 times. In 2005, was offered to sing with 500 gold medal winners from past quartet and chorus competitions, and 300 of the Mormon Tabernacle choir. It was like you would hear in heaven!I |

| Thank you very much for reviewing my home page. I am married and live in Far North Dallas. I love being in real estate and even when I was much younger, I enjoyed looking at new construction and old homes. I grew up in Farmington Hills, Michigan but left when I was 20, since I didn't like the cold weather. Dallas has been my home for over 9 years. |
